We are Moosh Tattoo and we have a goal of connecting Tattoo enthusiast to tattoo artist being the platform to bridge the two closer together.
•User would be overwhelmed with tattoo shop and photos of various artist that may or may not specialize in designing what they are looking for
•User cant find any nearby shop that can do the tattoo that they are looking for
•User might want to speak with artist and answer a few simple questions before going to the physical location
•User cant browse through local tattoo artist work and select what they are looking for.
•User might not know he outcome of the experience but with our app they will know exactly how the process goes from before getting the tatoo to the aftercare.

Slightly mentioned on the previous slide about the user having the choice of beautiful high quality photo presented to them so they can have choices to choose from that can have a better idea on what the artist is cable of and have good pictures to reference off of
We believe by doing this and also having online look books we are able to really close the gap on wondering what tattoo artist around them are capable of doing. Also connecting the artist and user will give user full experience of getting a tattoo.

Above is a low fidelity prototype f the landing page our app is coming together.
Time to be able to test it and get some feedback...we have our Personas that can be valuable to getting the right feedback from our low fediliety protoype

And we started by testing our user while they were testing the app. and with a written consent this was possible. Just to get the use conferable to have them act in the most natural way as possivle as if thyre was noone around for authentic results.

From revision after revision we took a step back and completely change the design and navigation menus on our app.
Then added more features and applied a certain rules of typography and color to keep app consistent throughout the whole design
And receive positive feedback from our testers.
Updated the On boarding screen with more vibrant colors
And Now we all this we have a full function app.
BUT
It doesn't stop here we have more plans moving forward.
STRATEGY GOING FORWARD
The new hypothesis is that this tattoo app we are bringing studios and tattoo artist closer to the consumer. The hypothesis can really be shown in app reviews of the artist their profile the studio they work at and more.
The improvement would be able to get the customer to purchase vouchers to the shop for a payment free approach upon arrival.( enhance the experience)
Our Time line and improvements would be every quarter in which we send email and get reviews from users using our app and reward them with a discount on tattoo studio.
